HOW TO GIVE OUR GUESTS THE BEST SERVICE WE CAN, SOMETIMES IS NOT ENOUGH TO TALK TO THE GUEST, SOMETIMES WE NEED TO GIVE THEM A WRITTEN WELCOME, OR AN APOLOGY LETTER OR SOMETHING TO JUST INFORM THE GUEST OF A SPECIFIC ACTIVITY THAT THE HOTEL IS HAVING AND WANTS THE GUEST PARTICIPATION. WE WANT TO TEACH YOU WHAT IS THE CORRECT WAY OF APPROACHING THE GUESTS BY WRITTING PROFESSIONAL LETTERS.

  1. I'm confused I have you onn the schedule to do your text with graphic on informal writing. And I don't see how this involves informal writing?
